Activity
Using the three steps in Figure 11.1, detail the management functions to take the product from conception to launch. Create up to three fictional employees, and delegate tasks to them accordingly. Write out all the steps you come up with. You may find it helpful to draw a chart that shows who reports to whom and annotate it with each employee's role and tasks.
