Making It Personal

American Express Travel Cash

When you pay for a purchase, you may use cash or an ATM. If you happen to be on vacation, you might use traveler's checks. Traveler's checks are preprinted in fixed amounts that can be used much like cash in many countries. Many people prefer to use this form of currency because if they are stolen, they can be replaced, unlike cash. The American Express Web site offers information on this and other forms of travel cash.
