Then consider how you can use the decision-making model to make healthy choices to improve your health and wellness.

  • Start at the Healthy Youth Web site
  • Click on and read through the paragraphs on the Six Critical Health Behaviors, taking notes as you go. Then choose one Other Important Health Topic and read the information under the heading you choose.
  • When you are done, answer the questions below.
  • Finally, using the information from the Web site above, write six healthy choices teens can make to avoid risks to their health.
