Starting a Business

Use the information in Chapter 4 as well as your own independent research to summarize essential information about the steps in starting a business, the forms of business ownership, and the traits of successful entrepreneurs. Think about what product or service you would offer and why. Consider your sources of funding, your employee, equipment, and space needs, and your marketing plan. How will you decide whether your product or service has a chance to be successful? Do you have the skills, knowledge, and personal qualities you will need to succeed in this business? If not, how can you develop them? Also describe the factors that would affect the success of your business and how you plan to address each of them.
