Decision making is a skill that can be learned and mastered through attention and practice. You learned that sometimes there may be obstacles to making decisions but that obstacles can be overcome.

You thought about all of your career possibilities. Then you followed a step-bystep plan for making decisions about your career. You also learned to plan your career strategy by continually evaluating and reevaluating your decisions to make sure that they still have meaning to you. You learned that adaptability is an essential quality in an everchanging work environment, and that having a back up plan is a good way to ensure that you stay on a path that’s right for you.
