Introduction:

In this lesson, you have learned to identify fraud and malpractice in products and services that can affect your health. You have explored what kind of recourse you may have if you discover that a product or service might be harmful to your health or to that of others. The U.S. Consumer Product and Safety Commission (CPSC) deals with just this sort of problem.
