Follow these steps to solve the Section 7.2 Math Practice problem.

Figure It Out  Your employer asks you if you want to pay $60 of your total monthly earnings to a charity. You earn $125 per week. What percentage of your salary will go to charity each month?

Step 1  Figure out your monthly earnings. Multiply your weekly pay by the number of weeks in a month.

Step 2  Figure out the percentage by dividing the amount of the charity contribution by your monthly pay. This is the answer to the question.
