This guide for teens provides information on how to help a friend who has a problem with alcohol or other drugs. In your health journal or notebook, create a two-column chart. In the first column, list the steps that you'd take to try to help a friend. In the second column, list the things your friend must do in order to get help. Include telephone numbers for resources in your area.
