Chapter 3: Physical Activity and Fitness

Student Web Activities Lesson 5: Fitness that Fits

Introduction
Finding a sport or fitness activity is a personal choice. Not everyone enjoys contact or team sports, and not all bodies are designed to handle the same kinds or levels of activity. The Web site below discusses what to do if you do not particularly like sports. It also has a link to a Web site where you can learn about all kinds of fitness activities.
