Chapter 6: Building Healthy Relationships

Student Web Activities Lesson 4: Setting Healthy Limits

Introduction
Knowing your limits in a relationship – what is okay and what is not – is important. Limits keep relationships safe and respectful. Knowing where your limits are in a relationship also makes it easier to communicate. On the Web site below, you will learn about respectful and abusive relationships. You will also learn about what your rights are in a relationship, and what you can do to stop and prevent abuse.
