Career Pathway: Accountant

A career pathway is an area of concentration within a career cluster. Each pathway contains a group of careers that require similar academic and technical skills.

Accountants* are in the Business and Administration career cluster. This cluster has six career pathways:

1. Financial Management and Accounting*
2. Human Resources
3. Administrative and Information Support
4. Business Analysis
5. Management
6. Marketing and Communications
