Career Pathway: Wholesale Buyer

A career pathway is an area of concentration within a career cluster. Each pathway contains a group of careers that require similar academic and technical skills.

Wholesale buyers* are in the Retail/Wholesale Sales and Service career cluster. This cluster has four career pathways:

1. Merchandising and Sales*
2. Promotion and Public Relations
3. General Distribution
4. Management/Entrepreneurship
