2. It is appropriate when you do not have a lot of work experience.
3. Some employers might disregard a résumé with mistakes because it suggests carelessness or lack of attention to detail in a job candidate. If a candidate is not careful on an application or résumé, that candidate might be even more careless in completing everyday work activities.
