Though it may seem that seniors and teens do not have a lot in common, the opposite is true. Both have experiences they can share and skills to teach one another. On the Web site below, you will see a perfect example of how seniors and teens are working together to create something that is both practical and enjoyable for everyone involved.

  • Read the first page and then click on and read the " Partners: NRTA, 4-H & CyberSeniors.org," " Cyber Seniors, Cyber Teens Goals" and "Cyber Health" links. Then briefly explore the other links on the site that interest you.
  • Take notes as you read.
  • When you are done reading, answer the questions below.
  • Finally, using the information from the links, create a proposal for a teen-senior program that brings teens and seniors together to benefit the community.
