Each community is different and offers different resources and programs that help educate teens on critical health issues.  On the Web site below, you will see how  the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion’s Adolescent and School Health division organizes data on health education programs for teens at the national, state, and local levels, enabling you to find information about programs and resources in your own community.
