Water is such a simple thing that it is easy to forget how important it is for your body.  The fact is, more than half your body weight is water.  That’s why you need to make sure to replace water your body loses through perspiration.  On the Web site below you will learn facts about water and what it does for your body. You will also get a chance to design your own water project.

  • Start at the “Water is the Way to Go” Web site.
  • Read through the two pages of the article and takes notes as you go. When you finish reading, answer the questions below.
  • Finally, imagine that you are going to bottle and sell your own special brand of water to teens. Design a name, logo, and slogan that you could put on the outside label of the bottles. Be sure to include information about the health benefits of water on the label as well.
