Overview

Bullies make life difficult. Sometimes bullies hurt you physically. Other times they hurt you emotionally by teasing and name-calling. Figuring out how to deal with bullies is frightening, but it is possible. Reading about other people’s experiences with bullies can help you deal with a bully yourself.

A short story is a short piece of fictional writing. A short story is similar to a novel because it has a setting, characters, a point of view, a plot, and a theme. A short story can usually be read in one sitting.
