attitude:  A tendency to act toward yourself and others in a positive or negative manner as a reflection of your thoughts and beliefs. (p. 13)
emotions:  Feelings. Derived from the Latin word moveo, which means "to move." Emotions come in many forms and can be expressed in many ways. (p. 13)
MyPlate:  A nutritional model developed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Department of Agriculture to help you visualize a balanced diet and make healthy choices about what you eat. (p. 4)
Nutrition Facts:  A label on packaged food that provides information about recommended serving sizes, and what a serving includes in terms of calories, fat, fiber, protein, sugar, cholesterol, vitamins, and more. (p. 4)
stress:  A complex personal reaction that occurs when you must respond to a situation that you perceive or experience as demanding or challenging. (p. 20)
stress management:  How you handle the stress in your life. (p. 20)
stressor:  Any situation that causes stress. (p. 20)
