Maya Angelou’s biography about her grandmother, Annie Johnson, shows that making positive changes in our lives can be difficult but rewarding. Imagine that a friend of yours wants to make a positive change in his or her life but is afraid that he or she will fail. How would you encourage your friend to take a risk to change his or her life for the better? Write a letter to your friend persuading him or her to make a positive change.
