Brer Rabbit and Brer Lion

At the end of “Brer Rabbit and Brer Lion,” the other animals hear Brer Lion roaring in anger and run to see what’s happened. They discover that somehow Brer Rabbit has tied Brer Lion to a tree. Write a skit based on this moment in the story. What animals are present? What might they say to one another when they see the situation? What might they say to Brer Lion and Brer Rabbit? Act out your skit for the class.
