Introduction
In this chapter you have learned about the physical geography of Latin America. One of the important physicals features of the Latin America are its numerous water systems. This advantage has allowed some Latin American nations to benefit from the use of hydroelectric power.

Students will use information from the internet to learn about the use of hydroelectric power around the world.
