Have you or a friend of yours ever had a loved one die? Sooner or later, everyone will suffer from grief caused by the death of a close friend or relative. Although it is a universal experience, death and mourning make most people uncomfortable. On the Web site below, you will learn about the meaning of loss, grief, and mourning, get practical suggestions for how to cope with and heal from a loss, and learn some guidelines about how to help your friends and family when they find themselves in this difficult circumstance.
