Web Quest

Introduction
What does freedom mean to you? What do you think it means to someone living in a country very different from the United States? We like to think that we have boundless freedom. However, there are limits to our freedom all around us—school rules, dress codes, guidelines, and laws. Can you imagine having less freedom than you already have? Can you imagine having more?

In this exercise, you will read about freedom and a famous American honored as the “mother of freedom.” Then you will write about a freedom that you prize or a freedom that you want. You will explain why you value this freedom and what you would do to keep or have this freedom.
