Web Quest

Introduction
There used to be a popular children’s book series called Choose Your Own Adventure. You would start reading a story and then come to a point where you had to make a decision: “If you want to jump off the cliff, turn to page 18. If you want to turn around and go home, turn to page 34.” Then you would turn to your chosen page and read about the consequences of your decision. You make choices every day. Some choices require careful thought, while other choices require very little attention.

In this exercise, you will read about political choices and everyday choices. Then you will think about an important choice you recently made and write about what the outcome might have been if you had made a different choice.
