Web Quest

Introduction
When you hear the word “community” you probably think of the neighborhood or the town where you live. People who live in the same area do form a community, of course. But there are also other communities that have nothing to do with where you live. Groups of people who share an interest form their own community around that interest. You may have heard people mention the sports community, the school community, or the theater community. These community members don't live in the same neighborhood, but they do form a community by interacting and communicating about a common interest.
